“Greetings to you in Jesus’ precious name. Thank you so much for your intercessory and financial support for us to reach the as-yet unreached people groups here in predominantly Hindu India with the Lord’s supernatural power and authority.
We rejoice in the Lord that our ministry is producing good fruit for the gospel by the Lord’s wondrous grace. I personally know many ministries here in India. They spend quite a bit of money, but the fruit seems to be very little. Last Monday we were in one of our harvest fields to pray for our local workers there. One of them, Brother Sarang, had been on a partial fast for 500 days by eating only at night. The Bishop of that town told me that our Elijah Challenge workers are very effective in ministry, possibly the very best in the entire District. Glory to God!”

“In Mark 5 we read about a woman who had a critically deteriorating issue of blood for twelve years despite medical treatment. She had been miraculously healed when she touched the hem of Jesus’ garment.
In the same way, an Indian woman named Ranjita (above & below) had also been suffering from an issue of blood for three years. People had begun to look at her as someone who had been cursed. But then our Elijah Challenge workers were given the opportunity of ministering to her in the marvelous name of our Messiah Jesus. Just like in Mark 5, the Lord’s power touched her, and she was miraculously healed. The entire family than believed and accepted Jesus Christ as their only Lord and Savior.”

“Mani (below) was possessed by a demon, and acted like a madman. For two months he suffered torment at the hands of the demon. His parents took him to a sorcerer and paid him to deliver their son. But the demon would not leave. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and with supernatural authority rebuked the demon, commanding it to leave Mani in the wondrous name of the Messiah Jesus. The demon came out of him and he was wonderfully set free. Before this Mani would drink, smoke, and take drugs. But after he was delivered, he gave them all up and accepted Jesus Christ as his only Lord and Savior.”

“For a long time Basanti (below) had high blood pressure. On one particular occasion at night she had severe difficulty breathing, and she thought that she would not survive. Her husband knew our Elijah Challenge workers and contacted them. They came and ministered to her with supernatural authority and power in the name of Jesus. Basanti’s blood pressure miraculously went down to normal. She then believed and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior.”

“A young girl named Susmita (below) had severe back pain which made it difficult for her to go to school. For a long time she had been absent from classes. Taking a painkiller prescribed by her doctor did not provide any relief for her. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to her in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The pain disappeared, and Susmita was miraculously healed. After that she accepted Jesus Christ.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,755 new house churches with 65,730 new believers as of December 9, 2023, reaching 42 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
