Costly treatment at various Hindu temples and hospitals could not help woman with mental illness
For two years, a woman named Subali Gahir (above & below) suffered from a mental illness. She would scream for no reason at all. On other occasions, she would remain silent and not speak for a long time. Her family took her to several Hindu temples where they offered sacrifices and mantras were spoken over her. Relatives and neighbors had advised the family to take her to various temples and hospitals for treatment. But after spending so much money on such treatments with no results, Subali’s family decided to consult one of our Elijah Challenge harvest workers. Our workers then ministered to her in the name of our Messiah Jesus, and Subali’s mind was miraculously restored. Her entire family than accepted Jesus Christ.

Woman with uncontrollable, seemingly life-threatening diarrhea and vomiting miraculously healed
One evening a woman named Bimala Majhi (below) was stricken with uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting. During the night her condition worsened and became very serious. Her husband even feared that Bimala would not make it. So in the middle of the night, he called our Elijah Challenge workers. They came and ministered to Bimala with supernatural authority and power in the name of the Messiah Jesus. The diarrhea and vomiting promptly ceased. After that both Bimala and her relieved husband believed and accepted Jesus Christ.

Toddler would cry every night seeing demonic beings
Every night for a long time, Mina Khora, a toddler (below), would see demonic beings and activity. In fear he would scream and cry loudly. His distraught parents could not understand what was happening to their little boy. After a week of this, when his parents took him out he would start crying when seeing other people in the village. So they could no longer take Mina outside. He was no longer able to eat or drink.
His parents asked a sorcerer to come and perform mantras in their home, but Mina continued to cry at night and when seeing other people. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to the boy, commanding the demons to leave in the authoritative name of our Messiah Jesus. Mina was totally delivered and set free from the attacks. After that his parents accepted Jesus Christ as their one and only Lord and Savior.

Young woman miraculously healed from long-term, painful infection in uterus
For a long time, a young woman named Gunja Kuldip (below) had suffered from an infection in her uterus. After eating food or drinking water, she would vomit. She felt pain in her entire body. A doctor had treated her with medication, but the treatment was to no avail. Then our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her with supernatural authority and power in the wondrous name of the Messiah Jesus, and Gunja was miraculously healed from the infection. Along with her family, Gunja then accepted Jesus Christ.

Hindu man’s three years of migraine and back pain worsened despite taking prescription medication
A Hindu man named Sanjay Turi (below) suffered from a migraine and back pain for three years. He had taken medicine prescribed by his doctor for a long time, but his condition slowly worsened. Finally, our Elijah Challenge workers came to his home and ministered to Sanjay with authority and power in the name of the Messiah Jesus. He was miraculously healed. After that Sanjay believed and accepted Jesus as his personal Savior.

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,755 new house churches with 65,730 new believers as of December 9, 2023, reaching 42 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
