During these Last (and dreadful) Days let’s minister supernatural healing to those with the coronavirus as COMPELLING evidence that Jesus has authority to forgive sin

Mission leaders: don’t just send your workers to preach the gospel, but also to MOVE THE NEEDLE for the Great Commission to be fulfilled

.
The coronavirus now has the attention of the entire world, with most believers around the world now sheltering at home—as perhaps they should.

But as the virus continues to spread around the globe, the gospel can also “follow” it and spread along with it. How is it possible? Harvest workers in the field who have been trained how to heal the sick effectively as Jesus did now have extraordinary opportunities to heal those who are sick with the virus. The supernatural healings will provide irrefutable evidence that Jesus Christ alone has authority to forgive sin—and is therefore the only way to the One True God—our Father in heaven.

Mark 2:1 A few days later, when Jesus again entered Capernaum, the people heard that he had come home. 2 They gathered in such large numbers that there was no room left, not even outside the door, and he preached the word to them. 3 Some men came, bringing to him a paralyzed man, carried by four of them. 4 Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus by digging through it and then lowered the mat the man was lying on. 5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.”

6 Now some teachers of the law were sitting there, thinking to themselves, 7 “Why does this fellow talk like that? He’s blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?”

8 Immediately Jesus knew in his spirit that this was what they were thinking in their hearts, and he said to them, “Why are you thinking these things? 9 Which is easier: to say to this paralyzed man, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up, take your mat and walk’? 10 But I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.” So he said to the man, 11 “I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home.” 12 He got up, took his mat and walked out in full view of them all. This amazed everyone and they praised God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this!”

When Jesus healed the paralytic with authority by commanding him to get up, take his mat and go home, he proved that he had authority to forgive sins as well.

The one who has authority to heal the sick is the one who has authority to forgive sin and grant eternal life. Click on the link below to understand the intimate connection between the two.

Miraculous Healing: the Redemptive Analogy relevant for all cultures

.
We challenge Elijah Challenge-trained harvest workers—especially in unreached regions of the world—to minister miraculous healing to people afflicted with the coronavirus during this critical time when we can draw the world’s attention to prove conclusively that Jesus Christ alone can grant eternal life through his death and resurrection. This can enable us to spread the gospel around the world to fulfill Matthew 24:14 and the Great Commission during these Last Days—when there must be an acceleration in missions.

After a season of prayer and fasting, let trained harvest workers take action according to their faith.
