“A young man named Prasant (above & below) suffered from severe arthritis for two months, rendering him incapable of standing up and walking. Day by day he weakened despite treatment with prescription medication from his doctor. Being young Prasant was very disconcerted at his unusual condition. He had looked but found no one who could help him recover. Finally our Elijah Challenge workers reached him at his home and ministered to him in the marvelous name of our Messiah Jesus. Prasant was then miraculously and completely healed from arthristis. Along with his grateful family he accepted Jesus Christ after the gospel was shared with them.”

“A woman named Tulsi Tappo (below) had a tumor in her stomach. Despite treatment with prescription medication from her doctor, the tumor remained. But the family could not afford the surgery which had to be performed at the city hospital to remove the tumor. After our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to Tulsi with supernatural authority and power in the wondrous name of our Messiah Jesus, the tumor vanished. After that the gospel was shared with Tulsi and her household. The entire family accepted Jesus Christ as their only Lord and Savior.”

“Anjali Rohidas (below) suffered from persistent pain in her right hand. She saw a doctor who prescribed medicine for her. But after taking it for a few weeks, the pain remained. She consulted with a second doctor who advised her to go for a test at the hospital. But the test came back negative. Despite this she was given medicine to take which she took, but again to no avail. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to her in the wondrous name of our Messiah Jesus. Anjali’s pain then disappeared and she was healed. After that she believed and accepted Jesus Christ.”

“Sudama (below) had an infection in her stomach resulting in swelling and pain. Her doctor had treated her with medicine, but she didn’t recover. So she went to see an ayurvedic doctor who prescribed a different drug for her and which she took for months. But the infection still would not subside. Then our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her in the name of our Messiah Jesus, and Sudama’s stomach was wondrously healed. She then accepted Jesus Christ.”

“Kabita (below), a middle-aged woman, went into the jungle in search of firewood. But she slipped and fell hard on the rocky ground, injuring her chest. After several days she had gone to the hospital to receive treatment, but her chest was not healed. Then our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her with authority and power in Jesus’ name. The pain in her chest vanished, and Kabita was healed. She then believed and accepted Jesus Christ as her only Lord and Savior.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,205 new house churches with over 48,000 new believers through May 2022, reaching 38 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
