“Mukesh (his wife above & below) suffered from frequent convulsions. One day when his wife was away and he was alone at home, he had a violent seizure. He fell and lost consciousness. His wife came home and found her husband unconscious on the floor. She did not know where to turn. Her neighbor then told her about our Elijah Challenge workers, and she pick up her cell phone and called them. While on the phone with her they spoke over him with authority in Jesus’ powerful name, and Mukesh regained consciousness. That evening they went to their home and again ministered to him. Mukesh was totally healed from the frequent convulsions, and along with his wife has accepted Jesus Christ.”

“For six months a young man named Binod (below) was mentally ill. He couldn’t recognize his family members. He would talk nonsense. He underwent medical treatment, but to no avail. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to him in the marvelous name of our Messiah Jesus. His mind was then miraculously restored. After that Binod put his faith in Jesus as his Lord and Savior.”

“For two years Rajesh had arthritis in his leg causing severe pain. Although he had been taking medicine prescribed for him by his doctor, there was no relief. He couldn’t go to work anymore to support his family. Rajesh was also a heavy drinker. Then he heard about the ministry of the Elijah Challenge in his area, and with his wife attended the meeting of one of our house churches. At the meeting our workers ministered to him in the name of our Messiah Jesus, and Rajesh was wondrously healed from the agonizing arthritis. He then decided to stop drinking, and along with his wife accepted Jesus as his only Lord and Savior.”

“A woman named Reena (below at the left in the white dress) suffered from such severe pain in her stomach that she would fall to the ground and scream in agony. Her doctor’s prescription medicine did not stop the pain. Her condition rendered her unable even to eat. But then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to her in the name of the Messiah Jesus. Reena was then miraculously healed and freed from the pain. She then accepted Jesus Christ.”

“Young Sabitri’s (below) eyes and face were swollen, and her eyes would tear most of the time. The doctor her family consulted could not diagnose her condition. But after our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her in the wondrous name of our Lord Jesus, her eyes and face were miraculously restored. Sabitri then believed and put her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,205 new house churches with over 48,000 new believers through May 2022, reaching 38 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
