“Dhanpati (above & below) had been unable to walk for a month after undergoing treatment for a stroke. He needed more advanced treatment from the district hospital, but could not afford it. His son heard about our Elijah Challenge workers, and called them. After they ministered to him in the wonderful name of Jesus, Dhanpati was miraculously healed and able to walk again. The entire family put its faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.”

“Karuna Munda (below) was severely demonized. Most of the time he stayed in the jungle. He would scream that people were coming to beat him. A sorcerer was called in to help, but his efforts were futile. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and rebuked the demons with authority in Jesus’ name. The demons left.”

“After a witchdoctor had put a curse on a woman named Kamalika (below), she wasn’t able to walk anymore. It was said that a demon was sucking blood from her legs severely weakening her. Medicine did not help to restore strength to her legs. But after our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her, she was able to walk again. Kamalika accepted Jesus Christ, and is now attending one of our house churches.”

“After falling from his motorcycle a year ago, Deepak (below) had pain in his chest. He had suffered severe injuries in the fall and was doing better after taking medication for two months. But the pain in his chest persisted. Then Deepak began attending one of our house churches. After our workers ministered to him in Jesus’ name, he was miraculously healed and the pain disappeared. Deepak accepted Jesus Christ.”

“Janaki’s (below) entire body was mysteriously swollen. Her family couldn’t understand why. They thought of taking her to the hospital, but knowing about our harvest workers they decided to call them first. Over the telephone they shared with our workers about Janaki’s condition. Our workers then went to their home. After they ministered to her with power and authority in the name of Jesus, Janaki was miraculously healed from the horrible swelling. The family was astonished at her quick healing and accepted Jesus Christ.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth.
