“A Hindu woman named Haripriya Pradhan (above & below with her husband) had been severely demonized and out of her mind. She would wander off here and there, and could no longer recognized people. Her poor husband was forced to lock her up in a room. Often she would start a fight with him for no reason at all. Her husband had taken her to a sorcerer, but the mantras he spoke over her had no effect. Finally, as a last resort, he contacted our Elijah Challenge workers. They came, and in the name of our Messiah Jesus they rebuked the demon, commanding it to leave Haripriya. The demon left. After that both Haripriya and her husband put their faith in Jesus as the only Lord and Savior.”

“Manasi Barla (below), a young lady, was involved in a bad accident three months earlier injuring especially her knee. The pain was severe and she could no longer walk. She had consulted with a doctor, but after taking the medicine he prescribed for months her condition had not improved. Then she heard about our Elijah Challenge ministry, and was introduced to our workers. They came and ministered to her with the Lord’s supernatural authority and power. The wondrous name of our Messiah Jesus then healed Manasi’s injury totally. She then believed in Jesus and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior.”

“For a long time, an elderly Hindu man named Benudhar (below) suffered from tuberculosis as well as from a kidney infection. His body was swollen. No longer he wasn’t able to eat, he did not even want to eat. He had seen a doctor and taken the medicine prescribed for him, but he didn’t feel any better. He then tried local medicines as well as sought treatment from a sorcerer. Nothing worked. Subsequently our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to him in the wondrous name of our Messiah Jesus. Benudhar was then miraculously healed from both ailments. He and his family then believed and accepted Jesus Christ as their only Lord and Savior.”

“Ramesh (below with family) had to endure much pain from the hemorrhoids which tormented him. Despite the medicine he was taking as prescribed by his doctor, the pain was getting progressively worse day by day. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to Ramesh in the name of the Messiah Jesus, and the hemorrhoids vanished. After that he accepted Jesus Christ.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,205 new house churches with over 48,000 new believers through May 2022, reaching 38 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
