“For three months a young lady named Lalita (above & below) suffered from fever and chest pain. She had been taking the medication prescribed for her by her doctor, but her condition remained. So her father thought that black magic was at fault for her suffering, and so took her to see a sorcerer. But the medicine he gave her could not help her. Then our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her with supernatural authority and power in the wondrous name of our Messiah Jesus. The fever and chest pain promptly subsided, and Lalita was miraculously healed. Along with her family Lalita accepted Jesus Christ.”

“The stomach of a young girl named Rasmi (below with her mother) was swollen for the past few weeks. Her parents took her to see a child specialist at their local hospital where medicine was prescribed for her. But the swelling in her stomach remained. Their doctor then advised her parents to take her to the district hospital for more advanced treatment, but they were poor and would not be able to afford it. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to her in the name of our Messiah Jesus. The swelling then subsided and Rasmi was miraculously healed. The family then believed and accepted Jesus Christ.”

“A young boy named Susant Mukhi (below) had fallen from his bicycle a month earlier. Despite being treated at a hospital Susant experienced pain, making it difficult for him to walk. Even after two weeks he could not walk normally. Then our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to him in the marvelous name of the Lord Jesus Christ. The pain vanished and Susant was able to walk normally again. His grateful and relieved parents then believed and accepted Jesus Christ.”

“Polina Tappo (below), a young woman, suffered from painful arthritis for seven months. She had consulted with both allopathic and ayurvedic practitioners, but no recovery was in sight for her. The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,205 new house churches with over 48,000 new believers through May 2022, reaching 38 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
