“Praise the Lord! Thank you so much for your intercessory and financial support for the extension of His kingdom here in India. We and our Elijah Challenge workers are well.
The situation regarding COVID-19 has worsened recently with a few states here badly affected. Another lockdown is looming. But like earlier during the pandemic, the work of the gospel will not be hindered. We are currently in the District of Kandhamal visiting our mission field there and supporting our workers.”

“Five-year-old Prathik (above & below) had a fever and dry cough. Over the past month his father had taken him to the hospital, but the medicine prescribed for him didn’t help even after a long time. Since COVID-19 is now everywhere, his father began fearing that Prathik might have the virus. Frightened, he brought his son to one of our house churches on a Sunday. Our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to him in Jesus’ wonderful name, and the child was promptly healed. Following such a quick miracle, Prathik’s mother and father both accepted Jesus Christ.”

“For five months Purnima (below) was horribly demonized. Through her voice the unclean spirit would shout and scream, threatening to kill her. It didn’t want Purnima to keep living. Her husband took her from place to place seeking help, but all efforts failed. Despite this some of the sorcerers nevertheless took payment from them. Finally they heard about our Elijah Challenge workers, and asked them to come minister to Purnima. They came in the authority of Jesus’ name and commanded the demon to leave. Purnima was then wonderfully set free. Both she and her husband accepted Jesus Christ as their only Lord and Savior.’’

“Despite seeing doctors and taking medication regularly, Hemant Majhi (below) was tormented by migraines. She also tried both ayurvedic and allopathic medicine, but the migraines persisted. Then our workers ministered to her in Jesus’ name, and Hemant was healed. Her family believed in the Lord and accepted Jesus.”

“Ragunath (below) had long-term back pain which made it hard for him to ride a bike or walk. Whenever the pain hit him, he would have to take pain-killers. He contacted our Elijah Challenge workers who ministered to him in Jesus’ name. The back pain vanished, and Ragunath accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior.”

“A sorcerer had placed a powerful curse on fifteen-year-old Ansuman (below) living in a village. Afterwards the boy was out of control, refusing to eat or sleep or stay at home. He would stay very quiet and not meet with anyone. His loving parents were extremely concerned and tried everything, even bringing witchdoctors to their home to treat him. They even took him to see a doctor. But nothing helped. Then they heard about our Elijah Challenge ministry, and took Ansuman to see our workers. They rebuked the demon in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, commanding it leave. The demon obeyed and left the boy. He was completely delivered, and the entire family accepted Jesus.”
