“Phula Majhi (below) lived in the village Sankra. Demons had infested her home. The family couldn’t sleep at night. At midnight they would hear an unusual sound. Sand would mysteriously fall from the walls. Such strange things made them afraid to sleep at home. A sorcerer was summoned to perform mantras, but the demons ignored them. Then our Elijah Challenge workers arrived at their home and rebuked the demons, commanding them to leave the house in Jesus’ name. After that, things at the house were back to normal, with no more strange sound at night or sand falling from the wall. Phula and her family were able to sleep peacefully in their home. They accepted Jesus Christ as their only Lord and Savior.”

“In the village of Damkuda, a man named Gouri Sankar Patra (below) had suffered from a urinal infection and stomach pain for a long time. He had gone to hospitals and been treated by different doctors who prescribed various drugs for him, but despite the many efforts the problems persisted. After hearing about our Elijah Challenge workers, he went to meet with them. They ministered to him in the name of Jesus Christ, and the Lord healed him from both problems. Gouri and his family believed and accepted Christ.”

“Sarita (below), living in the village of Lepripada, had pus coming out of her ear. Medication failed to stop it. When our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to her in Jesus’ name, the pus dried up and she was healed. Sarita accepted Jesus.”

“Also living in Lepripada, Sanjita (below) had arthritis. Her son also had chest pain. The arthritis had afflicted her for a long time despite the medicine she had taken. Our workers came and ministered to her and her son. Both were miraculously healed, and accepted Jesus Christ as their only Lord and Savior.”

“A man named Mina (below) living in the village of Barpali was in serious condition with malaria. Medication didn’t alleviate the malaria. Because the COVID-19 pandemic is very severe in India, his family feared for him having a possible co-morbidity like malaria. But when our workers came and ministered to him in Jesus’ name, the malaria left. The family accepted Jesus Christ.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth.
