The prophet Daniel was told to “shut up the words and seal the book until the time of the end” when “many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.”
We are now in “the time of the end” when the prophecy above is now being fulfilled. “Knowledge” of end time prophecy in Scripture is increasing, as well as in other areas. In particular, “knowledge” and understanding of the incredible promise Jesus made to His disciples in John 14:12 is now increasing.
John 14:12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do THE WORKS I have been doing…
Jesus here is clearly referring to the MIRACULOUS WORKS He did as evidence that He is in the Father and the Father is in Him.
John 14:11 Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the EVIDENCE OF THE WORKS themselves.
The Holy Spirit is now revealing to us from the Scriptures exactly HOW Jesus performed the MIRACULOUS WORKS of healing the sick and casting out demons. Armed with this knowledge and understanding, nameless disciples today can minister to the sick and demonized EXACTLY as Jesus did. The sick and demonized are miraculously healed and delivered—resulting in a harvest of souls for the Kingdom of God in Third World missions.
One important aspect of the healing ministry of Jesus is the context in which he performed the miraculous works: it was to bring lost souls to believe on Him as the Messiah, the Son of God.
John 20:30 Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. 31 But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.
Today The Elijah Challenge is training harvest workers in Third World missions to fulfill John 14:12 in order to fulfill the Great Commission during these very Last Days before the end comes.
