“A man named Babulu (above & below) was severely injured in an accident three months earlier. Following treatment in the hospital he was unable to stand and walk. He could not even talk anymore. Then his family heard about our Elijah Challenge workers and brought Babulu to one of our house churches where they ministered to him with supernatural authority and power in the wondrous name of our Messiah Jesus. Then Babulu got up and began walking slowly and talking again. He and his family were amazed. After the gospel was preached to them, the entire family accepted Jesus Christ as their only Lord and Savior.”

“Young Risu Oram (below)had HIV. His doctor had treated him with prescription medication, but he did not recover. In his condition he was overcome by stress. Then he came to know about our Elijah Challenge ministry and went to see our workers to share with them in detail about his condition. Our workers ministered to Risu in Jesus’ wonderful name, and he was miraculously healed from HIV. Risu and his family then accepted Jesus Christ.”

He could not understand what had happened to him. His family summoned a sorcerer to treat him, but the witch doctor failed to help. Then they took Jujesti to the temple, but nothing could be done for him there either. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and with supernatural authority rebuked the demon, commanding it to leave him in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Jujesti was wonderfully set free and delivered from the attack. He then accepted Jesus Christ.”

“For a week little Ria (below)was feverish and vomiting, leaving her very weak. The fever would simply not subside and the vomiting continued unabated. Her concerned parents had consulted with their doctor who had prescribed medicine for her. But Ria would not recover, leaving her parents in terrible distress. But when our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to the little girl, the fever and vomiting vanished. Ria’s parents then believed and accepted Jesus Christ as their only Lord and Savior.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,205 new house churches with over 48,000 new believers through May 2022, reaching 38 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
