Tribes had burned Australian missionary alive
We are very glad and we rejoice to have such a wonderful, fruitful meeting in Udala. It was the annual meeting of the Lutheran Churches of Mayurbhanj district inhabited by Santali tribes. These tribes are one of the least evangelized groups. In 1999 Catholic father Arul Doss and Australian missionary Graham Staines and his two young sons aged 10 and 6 were burned alive by fundamentalist Hindus from these tribes.
They had three days and three nights programme, and we were given an opportunity to minister over those days. I do not have much knowledge about the Lutheran Church but I think it is a bit similar to the Church of North India (CNI). Udala is around 700 kms from us and borders Kolkata (Calcutta) in West Bengal.
Many Hindus came and were healed
The preaching was translated into their language Satali. The Lord did incredible things in the meetings and brought revival to the people. We saw the people repent and cry out to God for how they had lived. On the last day there were many Hindus who came for healing, and they were healed.
One thousand people accepted the Christ for the first time in their lives.

Baidyanath was paralyzed and had been unable to walk for three years. On the final day’s meetings the Lord miraculously healed him at a distance. He came to the stage slowly, and we ministered him over there. Praise the Lord he started to walk without anybody’s help.

Basanta had a severe knee injury and was not able to stand or walk. The Lord touched him. He was able to stand and walk, and we also had him to bend his knee. It was marvelous. Many Hindus were present and saw the mighty work of the Lord.

An elderly man named Pingua was lame. His son carried him up to the stage. Praise God in front of fifteen hundred people he walked.

Damu Singh was in a pathetic situation in which three years back he had had a stroke. After that his legs and hands had withered and were totally lifeless. He was also unable to see. I was ministering healing from distance. Then he ran to the stage and jumped up and down, clapping his hands. Praise the Lord for such a mighty miracle and marvelous work of God.

Siramani had been deaf for eight years. The Lord touched her and restored her hearing. She was able to hear clearly.

Latamami Singh was deaf in both ears. On the second day she began to hear some sounds, and at the night session she was completely healed and could hear clearly. Jesus opened up her ears. Praise the Lord.

Das Baba was a Hindu. At times he would suffer from severe and unbearable pain in his stomach. He testified that he accepted Christ as his Savior , and that he had been suffering from the pain but he was healed completely. Jesus touched him.

Kurumi Singh had asthma and chest pain. Even during the programme the pain was unbearable. On the morning of the third day she wanted to go back to her village, but her pastor said that many people are getting healing and that she should stay back for at least one more session. She stayed back, and praise God He touched her and she was healed completely. Her tears streamed down her face in gratitude to the Lord.

Namita Agria had all kind of diseases. Constantly she would suffer from either one problem or another. Sometimes body pain, sometimes joint pain, stomach pain, and she also had diabetes. God touched her and she was healed instantly.

For seven years Baidhara Singh suffered from pain in his lungs as well as from hydrosol(?). He had taken so much medicine and had been treated in various places but was not cured. Jesus touched him, and he was healed.

Pubadha Bindhani had been suffering from a burning sensation in his stomach burning and at the same time he had back pain. Sometimes the pain was unbearable for him. Praise God he was healed.

For two years Sukura Bindhani suffered from severe pain in his head. When it came he would go unconscious. It was unbearable. He had gone to many hospitals for treatment but did not get well. On the second day he heard that healing ministry was going on, so the next morning he came. He testified that he had never given much thought to Jesus although he was a Christian. He accepted Christ as his Savior after the Lord healed him. Praise the Lord for the miracle that changed his life.

Bilchan had a problem urinating. He felt burning and his body would feel hot all the time. But then he felt coolness in his body as God touched him.

Wind & rain rebuked in Jesus’ name
On the last day before the testimonies there was heavy wind with thunder, and everyone knew it was going to rain. All were scared. But we rebuked the wind and commanded it to stop in Jesus’ name. It miraculously stopped and the weather cleared up within few minutes.
There were many people who came forward to testify what the Lord had done for them, but we could not collect all their testimonies. All glory and honor to be Him alone.
