“A Hindu woman named Bedamati (above & below) was tormented by demons. Earlier in life she had worshipped Hindu idols with much reverence. As a child she was faithful to perform all the Hindu rituals. But Bedamati came to be possessed by demons and suffered terribly. Her frantic husband took her to a sorcerer, but he was helpless to do anything. He then took her to other places for deliverance, but all was to no avail. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to Bedamati, commanding the demons to come out of her in the authoritative name of the Messiah Jesus. She was wondrously delivered and set free from the unclean spirits. As a family they then believed in Jesus and received Him as their only Lord and Savior.”

“Etwari Kerketta (below) had a fever and uncontrolled bowel movements. Her condition had become serious and she had to be hospitalized. But there her condition worsened, and the doctor advised her parents to take her to a better-equipped hospital. Since they could not afford the treatment there, her parents brought Etwari home. Our Elijah Challenge workers were then summoned to come minister to her in the name of our Messiah Jesus. The Lord touched her wonderfully, and Etwari was completely healed. Along with her grateful family, Etwari accepted Jesus Christ.”

“A Hindu named Niranjan Dandsena (below) had a problem in both his hand and in his leg. He especially had difficulty moving his right hand and arm. His doctor treated him with prescription medicine for six months, but the problem remained. Then our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to Niranjan in the name of Jesus, and he was miraculously healed. He was able to move his right hand and arm freely. Niranjan then accepted Jesus Christ.”

“Seven months earlier Silpa (below) injured one of her ears and could no longer hear with that ear. Pain had also set in. She had consulted with a doctor who prescribed medication for her. He had advised against surgery for the ear since afterwards she would lose her hearing entirely. So Silpa had to keep taking the medicine for life. But when our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her in Jesus’ name, the pain ceased and her ear was miraculously restored. She stopped taking the medicine and along with her husband accepted Jesus Christ as her only Lord and Savior.”

“For a year, Gita (below) suffered from an infection in her stomach. The doctor she consulted prescribed medicine for her, but she had no relief. Then she came to one of our house churches. There our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her with supernatural authority and power in the name of the Messiah Jesus. Gita’s stomach was miraculously healed. She then accepted Jesus Christ.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,205 new house churches with over 48,000 new believers through May 2022, reaching 38 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
