The Elijah Challenge in Australia
Once again we thank God for a special time at the outreach in the square last Friday week.
The weather was bitterly cold, and we did have some rain during the ministry time but we were able to continue on and enjoy a magnificent rainbow that emerged in the sky before the clouds parted and the sun shone through. He is so faithful.
We praise God for:
— the very good crowd that gathered, despite the conditions
— the worship time which seems inevitably to draw the presence of God
— The testimony that Garth shared which really impacted a number of people including one young man born into a Muslim family who is now attending the gatherings on a regular basis.
— Opportunities to minister in prayer with a number of people including healing.
— Some also took Bibles and other literature
— One pastor who attended who is considering setting up a similar ministry in his own local area.
Again a very big thank you for those able to stand with us in prayer. We continue to be encouraged by what God is doing in our midst and believe that real fruit is being born at every opportunity we have.
