“A Hindu woman named Gita (below) suffered from severe kidney failure, resulting in hospitalization. She had already lapsed into a coma. There was no hope of total recovery for her. After receiving some treatment at the hospital her doctor released her, advising her to undergo kidney dialysis twice a week. But instead she approached our Elijah Challenge workers. Over a period of a few days they ministered to her with supernatural authority and power in the name of the Messiah Jesus. Gita was wondrously touched and miraculously healed from the kidney failure. After that Gita accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. But since her husband has not yet accepted the Lord, she has requested prayer for him.”

“Pratima (below) had sickle cell anemia. From day to day she would become weaker and weaker as the disease progressed ravaging her body. From time to time she would see her doctor who prescribed medicine for her. But after she took it for months, the sickle cell remained. Then she consulted with a specialist in ayurvedic medicine who treated her, but after taking the medicine he prescribed she was still not well. Finally, our Elijah Challenge workers were given the opportunity of ministering to her in Jesus’ marvelous name. Pratima was then miraculously healed from the sickle cell. After that she accepted Jesus Christ as her only Lord and Savior.”

“A young woman named Rinkey Mehere (below) had a fever for a week. Her doctor had treated her with prescription medication, but instead of getting better her condition worsened. She finally lost consciousness. Our Elijah Challenge workers were summoned and came to minister to her, rebuking the fever with authority in Jesus’ name and commanding her to be healed. Rinkey then regained consciousness and was miraculously healed and restored. She then believed and along with her delighted family accepted Jesus Christ as only Lord and Savior.”

“A little boy named Rabi Harijan (below with mom) was being attacked by demons, especially at night when under attack he would cry and cry. At times Rabi could not even recognize his mother and father. Very distraught, his parents went to a sorcerer for help. But even after two weeks the sorcery failed to drive out the demon. The family then sought out our Elijah Challenge workers, who came and ministered to Rabi. With supernatural authority in the name of the Messiah Jesus they rebuked the demon and commanded it to leave. The demon left, and Rabi was totally delivered. The very thankful family believed and accepted Jesus as their only Lord and Savior.”

“Marsha Gudia (below) had an infection in his chest causing back pain. In the past he could play musical instruments on various occasions, but he had to stop due to the severe pain in his back. Then he came to one of our house churches where our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to him in the wondrous name of the Messiah Jesus. The Lord healed him and he was miraculously free from the infection and the pain. Marsha than believed and accepted Jesus Christ.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,205 new house churches with over 48,000 new believers through May 2022, reaching 38 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
