“Alisha Rohidas’ little girl (below) was unable to see since birth. Water would drip continuously from her eyes. Her parents took her to be treated by a doctor, but to no avail. Then they heard about our Elijah Challenge workers and brought their daughter to one of our house churches. After our workers ministered to her with supernatural authority and power in the name of our wondrous Messiah Jesus, her eyesight was miraculously restored and she could see. The gospel was then shared with her parents, and they accepted Jesus Christ as their only Lord and personal Savior.”

“For a long time Jhilaki (below) had an infection in her ear causing severe pain. She heard about our Elijah Challenge workers and so attended one of our house churches. After they ministered to her there in the name of our Messiah Jesus, the infection subsided and Jhilaki was healed. She then believed and accepted Jesus Christ.”

“For a year a Hindu woman named Mahima Saa (below) suffered from an infection in her stomach. She had gone to a local hospital for an ultrasound and then given medicine to take, but the infection remained. After that she went for treatment at the better-equipped, more advanced hospital in the city, but again without any change in her condition. Then our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her in the name of the Messiah Jesus, and Mahima was miraculously healed from the stomach infection. After that she accepted Jesus Christ.”

“A Hindu man named Rabi Munda (below) had malaria for three months, and his condition had become serious. His doctor prescribed medicine for him, but Rabi remained sick. He went to another hospital for treatment there, but again with no result. Then our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to him in the name of the Messiah Jesus, and Rabi was wondrously healed from the malaria. After that he accepted Jesus Christ.”

“For very difficult two years a woman named Sukanti Munda (below) suffered from a migraine headache tormenting her with unbearable pain. Even after months of taking prescription medication, the headache would not subside. She then consulted with a different doctor who prescribed ayurvedic medicine for her. But still the migraine would not subside. Finally, our Elijah Challenge workers were asked to minister to Sukanti in the marvelous name of the Messiah Jesus. The migraine disappeared. After that Sukanti accepted Jesus Christ.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,755 new house churches with 65,730 new believers as of December 9, 2023, reaching 42 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
