In the middle of the night, a demon laid upon the body of a sleeping Hindu man
Feeling something lying on top of him, Balidan (above & below) tried to get up. But the demon had drained him of his strength. He found himself barely able to hold an object weighing a bit over one pound. His distressed family brought in a sorcerer who led the uttering of mantras over him, but to no avail at all. Then our Elijah Challenge workers were summoned. They came and rebuked the demon, commanding it to leave Balidan with supernatural authority in the name of the Messiah Jesus. He was promptly set free and delivered from the attack. After that Balidan accepted Jesus as his only Lord and Savior.

Young demon-possessed Hindu woman would bite her family members
Her name was Suna Sagar (below). She was terribly tormented by the demon and brought much trouble to her family by shouting and biting them. The sorcerer summoned by the family was helpless to deliver Suna. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and commanded the demon to come out of her in the authoritative name of the Messiah Jesus. It left, and Suna was set free. After that she accepted Jesus Christ.

For a long time Subhadra khadia (below) had asthma
She was already under treatment by her doctor, but she did not recover. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and prayed over her, ministering to her with authority and power in the name of Jesus. Subhadra was wonderfully and miraculously healed from the asthma. She gratefully accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior.

Manoj Dalei (below) suffered from stomach pain and joint pain for a month
His father brought ayurvedic medicine for him to take, but no relief was evident. They heard about our Elijah Challenge workers whom they then summoned. Our workers came and ministered to Manoj in the incomparable name of our Messiah Jesus. He was miraculously healed from the pain in his stomach and joint. The entire family then believed and accepted Jesus Christ.

For long two years a Hindu woman suffered from skin disease
Dhanati Bag (below) had consulted with doctors and had been under medication for a long time. But the horrible skin condition persisted causing her much agony. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to her in the wondrous name of the Messiah Jesus. Dhanati was wondrously healed after two long years of misery. She then accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted over 1,800 new house churches with nearly 68,000 new believers as of September 2024, reaching 42 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
