“A Hindu man named Chitaaranjan (above & below) suffered from a host of infirmities: incurable sickle cell anemia, kidney infection, and gastritis. Each and every month he had to undergo a blood transfusion. He required regular treatment from his doctor in the hospital. Day by day his condition worsened until his health was very poor. Then he heard about the ministry of The Elijah Challenge. He sought out our trained workers and shared his health problems with them. They then ministered to Chitaaranjan with supernatural authority and power in the wondrous name of our Messiah Jesus. The Lord touched him and he was miraculously healed from all the infirmities. After that Chitaaranjan believed in the Lord and accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior.”

“After seven years of marriage Ashish (below with husband and baby) could not conceive. At the beginning they consulted with a doctor who prescribed a drug for her. But after taking it for months she still could not get pregnant. After that in succession they went to a sorcerer, then to various people locally who could dispense drugs to induce pregnancy. They followed up on every suggestion given to them by family and friends, spending a large amount of money. But it was all to no avail. Finally they heard about the ministry of The Elijah Challenge and so attended one of our house churches. Our workers prayed and ministered to Ashish in the incomparable name of our Messiah Jesus. She then conceived. After nine months she gave birth to a baby girl. Both Ashish and her husband believed and accepted Jesus Christ.”

“Chaitan Naik (below) suffered from a condition in which he was unable to close his eyes properly. [It could have been a condition called “Lagophthalmos”.] He approached our Elijah Challenge workers and asked for help. They ministered to him in the powerful name of our Messiah Jesus, and Chaitan was wonderfully healed, able to close his eyes normally. After that he believed and accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.”

“A man named Kana Suna (below at right) underwent constant attacks by a demon at night. Terrifying nightmares would keep him up. At times he could be heard screaming in horrid fear. Sometimes he felt someone or something physically holding his neck. Nearly every night Kana Suna would be tormented by the demon. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to him. They rebuked the demon with supernatural authority in the name of our Messiah Jesus, commanding it to come out of him. It obeyed and left. After that the nighttime attacks ceased. Kana Suna then accepted Jesus Christ as his wonderful Deliverer, his Lord and Savior.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,755 new house churches with 65,730 new believers as of December 9, 2023, reaching 42 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
