“A man named Biranchi (above & below) had food poisoning from eating something given to him by friends. His condition became very serious and when admitted to the hospital he was already unconscious. Despite being treated with various drugs there, Biranchi hung between life and death. Finally the doctor informed the family that there was nothing more to be done for him. They were indescribably stricken at the news and had nowhere elsewhere to turn. But a relative knew our Elijah Challenge workers and advised the family to contact them. Our workers immediately went to their home and ministered to Biranchi with supernatural authority and power in the wondrous name of our Messiah Jesus. He regained consciousness and was miraculously healed. The grateful family then believed and accepted Jesus as their only Lord and Savior.”

“For a month, day and night, a young man named Nikhil (below) had been tormented by a demon. At first he had been frightened to be by himself. But after a few months he was demon-possessed. The village sorcerer was called but was unable to cast the demon out. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and commanded the demon to leave in the name of the Messiah Jesus. The demon threw Nikhil to the ground and left. After that he and his family accepted Jesus Christ as their only Lord and Savior.”

“An elderly man named Manas Hial (below) was on a motorbike with his son when a cow suddenly appeared on the road in front of them. They collided with the cow and both fell off the motorbike. In the fall Manas’ chest was badly injured. Breathing, eating, and even talking became difficult for him. A doctor prescribed medicine for him, but he could not recover totally. Then Manas came to one of our house churches where our Elijah Challenge workers ministered healing to him in Jesus’ name. His chest was completely healed from the injury in the fall. After that Manas and his family accepted Jesus Christ.”

“Raisara (below) fell ill while working in the state of Karnataka in southwest India. His doctor had prescribed medication for him, but he could not recover. His condition deteriorated and became serious with his body swollen. He was forced to return home to his village where his parents contacted our Elijah Challenge workers. After they prayed and ministered to Raisara in Jesus’ name, he miraculously recovered. He then accepted Jesus Christ.”

“For five long years Sebati Pattnaik (below) suffered from a migraine headache. She had consulted with a doctor who prescribed medicine for her, but the migraine persisted. When our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her in the name of our Messiah Jesus, she was marvelously delivered and her long suffering ended. Both Sebati and her husband then accepted Jesus Christ.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,205 new house churches with over 48,000 new believers through May 2022, reaching 38 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
