Basic Training II is meant to reinforce Basic Training I by taking people to greater depth and into more detail with regard to what they learned in Basic Training I. It prepares them to be able to teach Basic Training I to others. It also includes some new additional material which we feel is important. We have found that repeated exposure to the teaching in this way can dramatically increase the probability of disciples being able to minister in the spirit and power of Elijah effectively. Basic Training II can therefore be viewed as part of that training process.
