“A man named Ranjita (above and below) was demon-possessed. In the beginning the attacks would be sporadic. But one night he was totally overcome by the demon, screaming and jumping up and down uncontrollably. That night sleep fled from the family. Early the next morning they called some neighbors to come help. Ranjita was taken to the village sorcerer for deliverance. But there his shouting and screaming intensified and Ranjita was totally out of control. Then our Elijah Challenge workers arrived and rebuked the demon with supernatural authority in the wondrous name of our Messiah Jesus. The demon left Ranjita and he was set free. After that he put his faith in Jesus alone as His Lord and Savior.”

“A young girl named Nimki Hial (below) had a problem like a painful sore which had astonishingly spread throughout her entire mouth. As a result it was very difficult for her to eat. Her parents had taken her to the hospital where medicine was prescribed for her. But no relief was in sight for Nimki who often would be shedding tears due to the pain in her mouth. Her parents were very afraid that the horrible sore could turn into cancer. So they approached our Elijah Challenge workers and appealed for their help. After they ministered to her in the wondrous name of Jesus, Nimki’s mouth was miraculously healed. Her very relieved parents then accepted Jesus as their Lord and Messiah.”

“For a long time young Rasmi (below) suffered from an eye infection which left her unable to see clearly. Reading and writing had become a problem for the child. She had already been given prescription medication at the hospital where she was treated, but the problem was not resolved. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to the little girl in Jesus’ name. The infection cleared up and Rasmi could see clearly again. Her grateful parents then believed and accepted Jesus Christ.”

“Basanti (below) suffered from painful gastritis for two years. Several times she had been to the hospital for treatment which had cost her a lot of money, but it was all to no avail. Then our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her in Jesus’ marvelous name, and she was miraculously healed. Basanti then believed and put her faith in Jesus as her only Lord and Savior.”

“For the past year a woman named Lalitha (below) had a problem in her uterus. She had been to the well-equipped hospital in the city for treatment, but the drug prescribed for her did not help her condition. Then she consulted with an ayurvedic doctor who prescribed a different medication for her, but again to no avail. Then our Elijah Challenge workers were given the opportunity to minister to her, and Lalitha’s uterus was miraculously restored in Jesus’ wonderful name. She then accepted Jesus Christ.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted 1,205 new house churches with over 48,000 new believers through May 2022, reaching 38 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
