Hindu woman had impossibly high blood sugar level of 600 mg/dL (normal: 140 mg/dL)
Normal blood sugar after eating should be less than 140 mg/dL. Jyoshana (above & below) also had low blood pressure. She had been admitted to the hospital and received treatment for her conditions. But despite the treatment, her very dangerous condition persisted. Then our Elijah Challenge workers were given the opportunity to minister to her with supernatural authority and power in the wondrous name of the Messiah Jesus. Jyoshana was miraculously healed from both high blood sugar as well as high blood pressure, and accepted Jesus as her only Lord and Savior.

For a long time a middle-aged Hindu man suffered from tuberculosis
Bipin (below) had been under the care of his doctor, but the medication prescribed for him was ineffective. After that he tried a different prescription, but there was no change in his condition. Somehow Bipin got connected with our Elijah Challenge workers. They ministered to him with supernatural authority and power in the name of the Messiah Jesus. He was miraculously and wonderfully healed from the TB. After that Bipin along with his family accepted Jesus Christ.

Animal sacrifices and mantras by sorcerers helpless to deliver Bijal (below) from horrific demon-possession
For months he had suffered torment from the attacks. The demon would tell him the names of many, many Hindu goddesses, and he became mentally disordered. His family brought in a sorcerer who offered animal sacrifices, but to no avail. They brought in a second sorcerer who uttered mantras over Bijal. But the demon instead increased his attacks on poor Bijal. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to him, rebuking the demon with supernatural authority in the name of our Messiah Jesus. It promptly left Bijal. After that he and his family received Jesus Christ.

Young Kabita (below) had chest pain for a long time
She was under treatment by a doctor, but the medication provided no relief. But after our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to her in Jesus’ name, the pain disappeared and Kabita was miraculously healed. She then believed and accepted Jesus as her Lord and personal Savior.

Young Namita’s (below) husband was demonized and brought much trouble to the family
At home he would shout and scream. Occasionally he would have spells of vomiting. The family would have difficulty controlling his behavior. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and with authority commanded the demon to leave him in the name of Jesus. The demon obeyed and left. Both Namita and her husband then believed and received Jesus Christ.

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted over 1,800 new house churches with nearly 68,000 new believers as of September 2024, reaching 42 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
