Praise Report – June 2023
Psalm 18:49 Therefore, I will give thanks to you among the nations, LORD; I will sing praises to your name.

In June we had the first ever feeding event and gospel meeting in a remote village of Rajjokigatti, District Ferozepur, Punjab. Pastor Prem’s hard work was seen as he invited people from neighboring villages and had about 400 people in attendance for this meeting. Pastor Prem shared the message of love and over 75 people responded and gave their lives to Jesus. Signs and wonders followed and many people were healed from various sickness and diseases. Four people were delivered from evil spirits and many people were healed. One boy who limped as he had difference in his both legs witnessed and showed to the crowd praising God as he walked straight after laying of hands. Praise God!! Another woman who came with stiff neck and wore a collar for pain relief, testified healing of her neck as the pain left her and she could move her neck without pain. There were many testimonies of healing from pain, migraine, skin allergy and joint pains. Pastor Prem reported that a teenage girl who was bed wetting was delivered. She was prayed over at the meeting and her parents watched her for over a week of laying of hands and then came to church and testified of her deliverance. Pastor Prem also reported that many new people started coming to church after this meeting.

The second feeding event and gospel meeting was held in Gurdaspur, Punjab. The meeting was attended by over 200 people. People experienced a great move of Holy Spirit and close to one third of gathering (about 65 people) committed their lives to Jesus. The crowd witnessed deliverance of six people from evil spirits. Amongst them was one young boy who was evil spirit possessed and was addicted to drugs. Pastor Vikas Teji informed us two weeks later that this boy has not taken any drugs since his deliverance and is regularly attending the local church and house meetings. Another woman testified that she suffered severe pain in her head after an accident and no medical treatment was helping her. She was set free from that pain and anguish after laying of hands. Another woman testified of healing from ringing ear (Tinnitus). She testified with tears expressing how tormenting it is to feel and hear a running train sound all the time and how Jesus healed her ear and she’s no more hearing that sound.

This month we also had a feeding event and gospel meeting in Delhi. We invited non-Christian friends and family of our church members. Gospel was shared to a gathering of 350 people and about 75 people responded to altar call and committed their lives to Jesus. Our church members will continue to care for these new believers and have them join the local church. Eight people were delivered from evil spirits. One man testified that his kidney stones were flushed out through urine immediately after laying of hands. Another woman testified that she came with kidney stone pain but her pain was gone after laying of hands. Another young girl who came with lumps all over her skin testified and showed herself to the crowd that her lumps disappeared immediately after laying of hands. Many other testified of healing from pain, migraine, fever and walking difficulty.
Eight new people joined Bethel Church this month. We also had 3 baptisms this month. This month we had fewer house meetings due to heavy rains in Delhi. We had 28 house meetings. Bethel Church continues to have an online bible study every Saturday with Nishant David. The 3 days fasting prayer service was held on the 5th, 6th and the 7th of June. We also had our weekly fasting prayer every Friday at the church hall.
