Reports from our harvest workers in India…
“Recently we visited our mission fields. We thank God for His work through our workers among unreached people groups. There was a tribal people group which had been exploited by the Hindu Fundamentalists, but our Elijah Challenge workers reached them with the gospel and recently started a house church in their midst. We are planning to baptize them as the situation allows. (Baptisms are illegal there.) Please pray.

A 38-year-old man had been mute for 12 years. After suffering from some terrible disease, he become completely mute. His family took him to consult with doctors, to hospitals, and tried various kinds of treatment, but to no avail. He could not speak at all. Our Elijah Challenge workers went to his village, and ministered to him with great authority and power in the name of Jesus Christ. He began to speak, and got better and better finally talking with no problem. Around 25 astonished people gathered to see what was going on, and were amazed to witness this great miracle. Many of them asked to be healed of their sicknesses as well by the Lord. As a result, many accepted Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Praise the Lord for such an extraordinary healing.
A woman was weak in her body. She went to a doctor near her village, who thinking that she simply needed better nourishment in her diet prescribed some vitamins for her. She took the supplements for some months, but there was no improvement. When our workers visited her home and ministered to her, they discovered that the cause of the weakness was demonic. After they rebuked it in the name of Jesus, the demon left her and she felt physically well.
A little girl named Tripathy and her mother had both been suffering from malaria for an entire week. Tripathy’s fever simply would not break. When our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to the two of them in the name of Jesus, immediately their fevers left. Tripathy was healed.
A man had been mentally ill. He would not stay at home; he had been away from home for six months. At times he would stay in the jungle, at other times he lived on the street. His family could not control him. Finally they confined him to a room in their house. Two of our workers went and ministered to him in Jesus’ name. Within a week he changed dramatically. He was gradually restored both mentally and physically. The family accepted Jesus Christ.”
“Three new house churches in previously unreached villages have been planted.”
