This morning I received very good news from our first batch of 12 disciples sent out to unreached villages to “heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘the kingdom of God has come near to you’ ” according Jesus’ command in Luke 10:9. God is now using them very powerfully in different villages.
Two of our disciples, Isaac and Jama, reported that there was one small Hindu village where they went door-to-door to share the gospel. In one home there was a boy suffering from sickle cell anemia. He was so weak that he was not able to get up or walk around by himself. He could only languish in bed.
Isaac and Jama ministered to him with power and authority in the name of Jesus Christ. At that moment he felt something happening in his body. The next day they returned to minister to him again. This time he got up out of bed and began to walk. The villagers saw the great miracle. Many of the neighboring families called the two disciples to their homes to minister to their sick family members.
Isaac and Jama preached the gospel to them. The villagers were very curious and wanted to hear more and more about Jesus. Five families accepted Jesus Christ in that village.

Later that month
In that village there was a government primary school teacher. The miraculous healing testified to her that our God is the only true powerful God. She called our Elijah Challenge servants of God to share with her about our Lord Jesus Christ. Afterwards she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour. She testified that she had never seen such a miracle and never heard about such a God. All the glory to God. Thank you so much for praying and supporting us to extend the kingdom of God.
