An effective model for reaching Indian villages
Pastor Vijay Singh first attended The Elijah Challenge Basic Training in April 2006 in Dehra Dun. He and Pastor William Massey then attended the Advanced Elijah Challenge Training in New Delhi in July 2008. In August 2008 they taught The Elijah Challenge Basic Training at Shahdara Methodist Church in New Delhi, with two Methodist pastors in attendance.
