About three days ago I was out witnessing. I had this big cross
on my shoulder that I was using as a visual. I had been asking
the Lord for an opportunity to show people the power of the
Lord, however He wanted to do it, but that He would only
give me an opportunity. And it seems that as soon as I prayed
that I found myself in a residential neighborhood. A woman
jumped out of her car as it was moving down the road (someone
else was driving) because she was so excited by the Lord
and the big cross I was carrying. She told me a few things
and asked me if I would lay hands on her husband who had
a horrible herniated disc in his back. So we walked to her
house and I met her husband. They had a huge family of nine,
and a few of the kids were in their mid-teens. I had all
of them lay hands on their dad where it hurt, and I told
them to rebuke the pain. We all did it together, and their
dad was miraculously healed.
All
of the kids got so turned onto Jesus, and they are really desiring
to serve the Lord.
The
next day was our outreach at Maclean park. A beautiful brother
in the Lord who had just been saved only a few days
ago came
to help us out by volunteering. I saw that he was limping
around, so I asked what the problem was. It turned out that
just two
weeks earlier he had broken his ankle and that day it was
really hurting him! So he, another brother and I laid hands
on his
ankle, and commanded his ankle to be healed, and for the
pain to leave.
He was at once completely healed. He was so excited that
He took the forty-pound cross that I usually carry around and
walked
it around Lake Jackson with another brother witnessing to
people
about the power of Jesus! He walked it for over 4 miles!
The is the same person who earlier was in pain from a broken
ankle.
God is inspiring His saints to move!
