‘We were called to minister to a woman who suffered something like a stroke. She could not speak hardly at all, could not walk or care for herself. She had been in hospital for a month and then two rehabilitation centers and saw little improvement. So when we got there the husband of the woman started talking with my wife in another room. While waiting for them to join the woman and myself I attempted to start talk with this woman.

However she could only talk one word per every 5 seconds and it took forever for her to finish one sentence and none of it made sense. I asked her her middle name. She could not tell me. I asked her what 4 plus 4 was. She could not answer. She looked very vacant. Not knowing what to do, I started showing her the videos of recent healings on my cell phone of recent healings to encourage her. She seemed unable to understand anything. With each moment that passed she seemed to get more distant so finally I stopped to see what would happen. Nothing! So after 5 minutes of total silence I asked her what she thought.

She mumbled one word – ‘Pray’.

I seized that opportunity and yelled for my wife and the woman’s husband. I laid hands on her. My wife did too. We commanded healing to come in Jesus name, clarity of mind, pain and reversal of all symptoms. After a couple times she seemed to be improving. She could speak a few words now.

I told her to get up as she was totally unable to move. We helped her up and started walking her, loosening our grip as she got stronger and could walk on her on. Soon she walked the length of their long living room once, then twice, and on to about 15 times. Then she started roaming her kitchen, wanting food. Then she said she was hungry and her husband brought out some food and she started to eat ravishingly everything he could bring out which amounted to a very full meal. Before she was pretty much on liquid foods.

Her sentences were full, fast and she was conversant now. We asked her what 4 plus 4 was and she quickly answered. We asked her more complicated mathematical questions and she answered right and quickly.

Then the next day her husband called to say is back to normal.

We checked with her two months later. She was still fine in every way except a rotator cuff injury because of tripping on something that had fallen in front of her. She could not lift her right arm much above her waist and only that far with horrendous pain. We laid hands on her and commanded her should to be healed in Jesus name and the pain to go. Then we told her to raise her arm and after 2 or 3 times she could raise it all the way up above her head – with no pain. We called her a couple days later and found out she was fully healed “as if nothing had happened”.

What The Elijah Challenge teaches really works. It should because Jesus said whoever believes in Him would do the same works and greater (John 14:12)!’“
