With tears of gratefulness, Hindu woman shares her testimony of miraculous healing from extreme pain
For one week Karuna suffered from very severe pain in her back bone. One night the pain was so extreme that her neighbors, feeling sorry for her, told her about our Elijah Challenge workers. They arranged for them to minister to Karuna over the phone. That night the pain subsided considerably. Early the next morning our workers reached her home and ministered to her directly with supernatural power and authority in the name of Jesus the Messiah. Karuna’s back was then wonderfully and miraculously healed. After that she accepted Jesus Christ. Please watch her testimony in the video below.

Demon-possessed Hindu woman tormented by ill health
Khati Sunani had been demonized for a long time, but her family members had not been aware of it. Although there were no typically demonic manifestations, the unclean spirit caused many health issues for her. Among others, she was unable to eat and sleep. She was unusually forgetful. When our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her in Jesus’ name, the demon began screaming and shouting. With supernatural authority in the name of Jesus, our workers commanded the demon to come out of Khati, and she was delivered and set free from the demon. Her thankful parents believed and accepted Jesus Christ.

Hindu woman thought she would have to suffer for the rest of her life
Nirashi had consulted with several doctors for her back pain, but despite the various medications they prescribed for her, he pain would not relent. Eventually Nirashi began to think that she would have to suffer for the rest of her life, and that she would never get well. But then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to her in the name of Jesus Christ. Nirashi was finally set free from the seemingly endless pain. The gospel was shared with her at her home, and she accepted Jesus Christ.

Demon-possessed Hindu girl caused many problems for her family and neighbors
Due to being demonized, Pinki would create many problems for both her family and even her neighbors. Her behavior was virtually uncontrollable. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and with authority rebuked the demon in the name of the Messiah Jesus. Pinki was thrown to the ground and the demon left her. After that she accepted Jesus Christ.
Luke 4:35 “Be quiet!” Jesus said sternly. “Come out of him!” Then the demon threw the man down before them all and came out without injuring him.

Hindu woman suffered from typhoid fever for two months
Nirmala Lakra had already been prescribed medicine by her doctor, but to no avail. Our Elijah Challenge workers reached her home where they ministered to Nirmala with supernatural power and authority in the wondrous name of the Messiah Jesus. Nirmala was then miraculously healed from the typhoid. After that she believed and accepted Jesus Christ.

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted over 2,165 new house churches with over 72,000 new believers as of October 2025, reaching 50 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Conversion to Christianity and water baptism are illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
