Pregnant Hindu woman could not give birth normally, so doctor was about to perform caesarean section
Sunita Surin’s doctor had repeatedly informed her and her husband that a C-section would be needed for their baby to be delivered. When Sunita (above & below) was already at the hospital being prepared for the C-section, her husband contacted our Elijah Challenge workers and shared with them about their situation. Our workers promptly went to the hospital where they ministered to Sunita with supernatural authority and power in the wondrous name of Jesus Christ. Marvelously, within a few minutes, Sunita gave birth to a healthy baby boy in the normal vaginal way. Both she and her husband then believed and accepted Jesus as their only Lord and Savior.

Hindu woman suffered from very severe stomach pain despite all hospital test results coming out negative
Mina Majhi had already sought treatment at Burla Hospital, a renowned institution in Odisha, and had undergone several tests—all of which came out negative. After that she went to the hospital in Rourkela for more tests. But there all the tests showed nothing as well. Her doctor apologized to Mina, informing her that nothing could be done for her. Finally Mina went to one of our Elijah Challenge house churches where our workers ministered to her in the marvelous name of the Messiah Jesus. The pain disappeared and Mina was then miraculously healed. After that Jesus accepted Jesus Christ.

For a long time Hindu woman had gastritis and severe pain in her body
Due to the severe pain, Surati Lakra (below) would even occasionally have difficulty seeing properly. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to her in the name of Jesus Christ. Surati was then miraculously healed from the gastritis and accompanying pain. She accepted Jesus Christ.

Hindu woman suffered from bleeding for two months
Her name is Gurubari. As a result of the bleeding she was physically very weak. When she heard about one of our Elijah Challenge workers, she went to him and asked for help. After our worker ministered to Gurubati in the wondrous name of the Messiah Jesus, the bleeding stopped and she was totally healed.Gurubati then believed and accepted Jesus Christ.

Woman from fanatic Hindu background suffered from menstrual problem
Mina Rani (below) had already consulted with a doctor who prescribed medicine for her. But her menstrual problem nevertheless persisted. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to Mina with supernatural authority and power in the name of Jesus. She was then miraculously healed from the problem with her menstruation. Mina believed in Jesus and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior.

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted over 2,165 new house churches with over 72,000 new believers as of October 2025, reaching 50 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Conversion to Christianity and water baptism are illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
