Man in charge of Hindu temple suffering from malaria miraculously healed in Jesus’ name
After his father passed away, Tularam Pujari (above & below) was put in charge of a local Hindu temple. A few days ago Tularam was came down with malaria and had to be admitted to a hospital. There his condition became even more serious, and his family took him back home. There he met with our Elijah Challenge workers who shared Jesus with Tularam. He asked them to minister to him. They then ministered to Tularam with supernatural authority and power in the wondrous name of the Messiah Jesus. He was then miraculously healed from the severe malaria. Tularam accepted Jesus Christ as his only Lord and Savior.

Village doctor attacked by seizures healed in the name of Jesus
In his village Mundi (below) was a practitioner of ayurvedic medicine. For many years he would go from house to house providing ayurvedic treatment for the sick. But a few months earlier he began having uncontrollable seizures. He consulted with a physician who put him under medication. But even after a long period of treatment, the attacks continued. So Mundi approached our Elijah Challenge workers, asked them to pray for him. They came and ministered to Mundi in the wondrous name of the Messiah Jesus. He was wonderfully set free from the seizures, and accepted Jesus Christ.

Hindu woman could feel something in her stomach causing severe pain
Our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to Susama Rohidas in the name of Jesus Christ. She was miraculously healed from the pain and problem with her stomach, and then accepted Jesus Christ as her only Lord and Savior.
Young Hindu boy living in school hostel came down with typhoid fever
His name is Himansu Majhi (below). The doctor had prescribed medicine for him, but to no avail. Still feverish, Himansu went home to his parents. His mother consulted with our Elijah Challenge workers. They then ministered to the boy in the name of Jesus Christ, and he was miraculously healed from the typhoid fever. Both his grateful parents then accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted over 2,165 new house churches with over 72,000 new believers as of October 2025, reaching 50 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Conversion to Christianity and water baptism are illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
