“After returning home from a trip to Bhubaneswar, the capital of our state of Odisha/Orissa, Manaranjan Sahu (above & below) came down with a fever and cough which persisted for a few days. And he felt very weak. A subsequent COVID test came out positive—leaving Manaranjan stricken with anxiety. He contacted our Elijah Challenge workers. After they ministered to him in the wondrous name of Jesus, Manaranjan was miraculously healed from the horrible virus. Gratefully, he put his faith in Jesus Christ.”

“For ten days, Phula Kumari (below) had fever and headache. A COVID-19 test came out positive. She took medicine, but it did not help. But after our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her, a miracle took place and she was well. Phula then believed in Jesus Christ.”

“For a long time Usamma (below) had jaundice. When her condition became very serious, she could no longer eat or drink, or even get out of bed. Her family had taken her to both government and private hospitals, but her condition did not improve. Then our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her in Jesus’ name. The Lord healed her, and Usamma accepted Him as her Lord and Savior.”

“A man named Susil Munda (below) had diarrhea for a long time. Much medicine could not stop it. Susil had already become very weak and couldn’t work anymore. Medicine given to him by sorcerers moreover did not help. When our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to him in the name of Jesus, the diarrhea stopped and Susil was healed.”

“It was believed that a demon had attacked the right leg of a woman named Purnima (below), leaving her leg very painful and swollen. A lot of medication did not take away the pain. Her family summoned a sorcerer who also gave her medicine and performed mantras for her as well. But there was no relief for her. Then our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her, and the pain and swelling from the demonic attack vanished. Purnima believed and accepted Jesus Christ.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth.
