Hindu man severely addicted to liquor suffered from untreatable stomach pain
Madan Chouhan (above & below), after a few years, was also overwhelmed by various infirmities. One was severe pain in his stomach. He had undergone several tests and been prescribed medication, but no relief came. Then Madan came to one of our Elijah Challenge house churches. After our trained workers ministered to him with supernatural authority and power in the wondrous name of the Messiah Jesus, Madan was miraculously healed and delivered from the unbearable pain. After that he stopped drinking. Now Madan is attending the house church.

Hindu woman miraculously healed from severe sugar diabetes
Due to the diabetes Bimala (below) was constantly sick, feeling weak in her body. She had been under the care of a doctor, but his treatment brought her no relief. In the meantime Bimala came across our Elijah Challenge workers, who ministered to her with power and authority in Jesus’ name. She was then powerfully healed from her sugar diabetes and her health miraculously restored. She then believed in Jesus and accepted Him as her personal Savior.

Hindu man attacked by demon in jungle and left unconscious for a long time
His name is Dedepali Bhatra (below). Eventually a sorcerer was summoned, and uttered mantras over him. But Dedepali remained unconscious. The nearby villagers had heard about our Elijah Challenge workers, and summoned them. Our workers came. Three times they commanded Dedepali to wake up in Jesus’ wondrous name. He woke up, his mind totally restored. Dedepali than believed and accepted Jesus Christ.

At times Hindu woman would cry from painful infection in throat
For a few months Nityasri (below) had difficulty eating and drinking due to the infection. At times the pain would be so unbearable that her tears would flow. Her doctor’s treatment had provided no relief at all from the infection. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came to ministered to Nityasri in the name of Jesus the Coming Messiah. She was miraculously healed from the infection, and after that accepted Jesus Christ.

For a few years elderly Hindu woman suffered from regular migraines
Sibrama (below) had already consulted with both allopathic and ayurvedic specialists, but to no avail as the migraines continued. Then our Elijah Challenge workers came and ministered to Sibrama in Jesus’ wondrous name with supernatural authority and power. The Lord graciously healed her. She then believed and accepted Jesus Christ.

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth. These thousand reports (out of thousands of reports) were received from our workers during approximately the past four to five years.
Since 2018 our trained workers in and around Odisha have planted over 2,000 new house churches with over 71,000 new believers as of June 2025, reaching 50 previously unreached people groups, including high caste Hindu groups which are among the most resistant and difficult to reach. This is in the region of Orissa (Odisha) State alone, considered the poorest state in India where Fundamentalist Hinduism reigns. Water baptism is illegal. Up in North India our trained harvest workers are seeing similar harvests among the Hindus and Sikhs.
