Has any believer ever fulfilled the “GREATER WORKS” promised by our Messiah Jesus in John 14:12?

Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.

During that early event, Simon also witnessed the first part of John 14:12 fulfilled as ordinary disciples healed the sick miraculously exactly as Jesus did in the gospels.

After that Simon would invite us back to India year after year after year again to teach the Lord’s disciples how to heal the sick and cast out demons as Jesus did. He would take us different cities in North India where he would host the training event for us, and he himself would sit through the teaching.

Eventually the Lord began to use Simon very powerfully and fruitfully to heal the sick as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the only Lord and Savior—the only way to the One True God who created the universe, our Father in heaven. He would go from region to region and from town to town in North India where he would hold open-air public events primarily for the Hindus. During these evangelistic events he would proclaim the kingdom of God to hundreds and even thousands of Hindus who did not know Jesus. After that he would heal the sick who were present miraculously as proof that the kingdom of God was in fact near through Jesus Christ (Luke 10:9). Witnessing the miracles, large numbers of Hindus would repent and accept Jesus Christ.

Through such a ministry, Simon became known among the servants of God in India. Eventually he was invited to preach the gospel at a huge evangelistic event held in Andra Pradesh—an annual event where two million mostly Hindus would come together under a huge tent covering fifty hectares. In the mid-2010, Simon was invited to preach the gospel at three consecutive events over a period of three years. Simon later shared with me—his mentor—what happened during each of these three indescribably huge gatherings.

At each of these three annual events Simon would first preach the gospel to the two million souls seated before him on the ground. After the preaching he would challenge them to accept Jesus Christ. He instructed the people to raise their hands if they wanted to repent and believe on Jesus Christ. Simon shared with me that one half of the people seated before him would raise their hands—meaning approximately one million people had decided to accept Jesus Christ.

After that Simon would minister healing to the sick who were present as I had taught him—by using the supernatural authority the Lord has given to His disciples in accordance with Luke 9:1-2.

When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, 2 and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

Simon would exercise the Lord’s supernatural authority given to him over diseases and demons in the vast crowd by issuing authoritative commands, rebuking and commanding every disease and demon present to leave and go in the name of Jesus Christ. After that he would ask the crowd of two million people before him to check their actual physical condition. If they had actually and really and in fact been miraculously healed by the Lord, he asked them to raise their hand.

After a few moments, Simon saw many hands going up in the huge crowd. He told me that out of every four people in the crowd of two million people, one person had raised their hand—indicating that approximately a half million or 500,000 people had been miraculously healed simultaneously as Simon ministered to the crowd in the wondrous name of Jesus Christ.

The gospels do not record that Jesus ever healed many sick people all at once. But today the Lord is fulfilling His promise as His disciples are healing multitudes simultaneously in the Almighty Name of Jesus Christ. Today Jesus has and is fulfilling His solemn promise in John 14:12 that believers are doing even greater works.

Pastor Simon has finished his race here on earth, and is now alive in inconceivable glory with the Lord in heaven.
