“A young man named Bijay (above & below) was demonized. He wouldn’t stay at home, instead preferring a nearby jungle. His family tried to get him to come home, but he refused. They sought help from a sorcerer, but to no avail. Finally our Elijah Challenge workers came and rebuked the demon, commanding it to leave Bijay in the name of Jesus Christ. The unclean spirit left him, and Bijay finally returned home. He accepted Christ.”

“For two long years, elderly Dungdung (below) living in the village of Raidihi suffered from tuberculosis. Despite spending a few days for treatment in the hospital, he didn’t recover. Then Dungdung consulted with a sorcerer who gave him medicine to take. But there was no change. Then, his condition worsening, he wasn’t able to eat food for a few days. But our Elijah Challenge workers went to his home and ministered to him in the name of Jesus Christ. Our Lord healed him, and Dungdung started eating again. He and his family accepted Jesus Christ.”

“Rajesh (below) had gastritis, asthma, and chest pain over a period of three months, leaving him in agony. Doctors and medicine did not bring any relief. When our Elijah Challenge workers came to minister to him, he was miraculously healed. Rajesh believed and accepted Jesus Christ. He lived in the village of Thikeitangar.”

“Young Tara (below) was mentally disordered. Treatment at the hands of sorcerers and temple priests did not restore her mind. Her poor family spent much money for treatment at different places, but it was all fruitless. Finally they heard about our workers and took her to one of our house churches. On the second Sunday, Tara was set free and restored to her right mind. Her family believed and accepted Jesus Christ. They live in the village of Baljori.”

“Elderly Mangari (below) had arthritis for a long time. She couldn’t walk properly and her condition worsened day by day. Various medicines didn’t bring relief from the painful arthritis. When our Elijah Challenge workers ministered to her, she was miraculously healed and able to walk normally again. Mangari accepted Jesus.”

The Elijah Challenge equips nameless harvest workers to reach resistant people groups fruitfully by training them to heal the sick miraculously and consistently as Jesus did and as he promised that believers would do (John 14:11-12)—as irrefutable evidence that Jesus is the Messiah and the only way to the One True God who created the heavens and the earth.
