Ricardo Bueno, Senior Pastor & Elijah Challenge Coordinator in Brazil

We first came to know Ricardo Bueno around the year 2005 when he first began translating for us into Portuguese during some of our mission trips to Brazil. Ricardo is now the Senior Pastor of the church known as MEVAM Santa Rosa in the state of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. in Brazil. In November 2025 we received the below message from him. Ricardo is one of several servants of God who trained or served with The Elijah Challenge in the past—and are now being used fruitfully by the Lord for the Great Commission.

“My dear brother and sister in Christ, what a beautiful testimony of a life dedicated to the Lord. Truly, we have no idea how much the seeds we plant in the Kingdom of the Lord will bear fruit and reach others. Praise be to the name of the Lord. I praise God for having been found by you as well.
